There's nothing but the clatter of train tracks, and the odd feeling of almost floating.

When you wake, it's hard to tell exactly what it is that you're missing - only that you are. There are pieces that aren't quite right, even if you're not sure where those pieces would normally be. Pieces of what, exactly....? Well, if you had to put a word to it, it would be - yourself, probably.

The place you've found yourself in is strange, certainly. It's probably worth exploring a bit. Though it just as easily seems that the only form of welcome or explanation that you have, comes from nothing more than a slab of marble.

Well - that, and all the people who seem to have woken up alongside you, lost and also probably Doing Their Best™.

There's no need to fret that much though. It's hard to say exactly where you're going next, even though some places might feel a little bit more like a clue, but what you do know is one unshakeable thing:

[You're such a dang baby, Taksaka. Haku is old sorta, too, but he's not throwing a tantrum. [mumble] fire and [mumble] water and something, or whatever.]

I can't help you if you're immune to most spells. You'll have to figure out how to be patient on your own. But you can start by trying not to break the arms of the humans here by grabbing them.

Some of them could try to attack you if they know you aren't like them.

Don't get into altercations with the humans here. We don't know the rules of this place yet. You could get cursed for breaking them. Worse, you'll be destroyed.

Then there wouldn't be anything left to go back home.

Even if they attack first. Don't be stupid. You could kill one without much effort if they aren't protected.

There are other ways to win a fight besides force.

[Reaching out, he takes the cup from Taksaka because he doesn't trust anyone else not to be a litterbug. For a moment or two, he stares at the boy.]

Don't be reckless. Find something to do. You can go help people carry things out of the store they can't lift on their own.

[He turns away with the cup, but pauses to glance back.]
