welcome mingle
( AND SO IT BEGINS. )

There's nothing but the clatter of train tracks, and the odd feeling of almost floating.
When you wake, it's hard to tell exactly what it is that you're missing - only that you are. There are pieces that aren't quite right, even if you're not sure where those pieces would normally be. Pieces of what, exactly....? Well, if you had to put a word to it, it would be - yourself, probably.
The place you've found yourself in is strange, certainly. It's probably worth exploring a bit. Though it just as easily seems that the only form of welcome or explanation that you have, comes from nothing more than a slab of marble.
Well - that, and all the people who seem to have woken up alongside you, lost and also probably Doing Their Best™.
There's no need to fret that much though. It's hard to say exactly where you're going next, even though some places might feel a little bit more like a clue, but what you do know is one unshakeable thing:
There's still much more ahead of you.

[ Any by let's, he means Taksaka, because his weak fists won't be able to do anything. He'll play cheerleader instead. ]
Give it your all! You can do it!!

he throws a punch! and despite his relatively small size, he doesn't show an ounce of pain when his fist connects with the slab, easily breaking it.
...
and then the slab fixes itself.]

[ Haha, that's frightening. Both the punch that can break stone, and the reforming slab. Kano steps forward to poke at it, but it doesn't so much as crumble or leave dust on his fingertip when he takes his hand back.
...
He stands back a little more. ]

HE'S JUST GOING TO KEEP TRYING TO SMASH THIS THING]
no subject
YEAH, ALRIGHT!! Kano is going to keep cheering him on until the slab's permanently smashed or he breaks his hand, the latter of which will probably come first. ]

though he gives it a kick in annoyance.]
Damn thing.

[ Kano gives the thing another poke, his only contribution, before pulling his hand back to stick in his pocket and rock back on his heels. ]
Maybe, like, we gotta do the water thing? After a million years, a trickle of water can carve a hole straight through rock!

[like, it's not that much time to him, but still?]

[ Have some patience. They'll make everything work with faith and the power of friendship or whatever. ]

[ Look, he was willing to punch the rock, which is a hell of a lot more effort than dumping water on it. ]
no subject
[at least it's satisfying?]
no subject
...Why don't you keep punching it, and I'm gonna go find a bottle of water to trickle. Be right back.

[conclusion: this human has dumb ideas.]

If Taksaka is still around 40 minutes later, Kano finally comes back wheeling over a hand truck with a pack of 24 water jugs on it. He couldn't find any single water bottles. ]
