There's nothing but the clatter of train tracks, and the odd feeling of almost floating.

When you wake, it's hard to tell exactly what it is that you're missing - only that you are. There are pieces that aren't quite right, even if you're not sure where those pieces would normally be. Pieces of what, exactly....? Well, if you had to put a word to it, it would be - yourself, probably. Or did you get something back recently?

The place you've found yourself in is strange, certainly. It's probably worth exploring a bit. Though it just as easily seems that the only form of welcome or explanation that you have, comes from nothing more than a slab of marble. It might've changed since the last time you saw it.

You might have changed since the last time you saw yourself too - perhaps with a new emblem on your clothes, or a portrait on your skin.

There's no need to fret that much though. You've already gone through the ordeal once, and you might be able to see results from it. Even so, it's best that you don't get too comfortable, because there is still the unshakeable feeling:

Yes! I have a friend who travels through time, you see. You might've even met him—he's a bit of a busybody.

It mentioned souls, but to be honest, I don't know much about that.

I would think that if one's soul was broken, they would be dead... but it seems as though we're still alive, perhaps.

I wasn't even sure if souls were real.

[A very maybe, maybe not situation, that one. They're not particularly religious, having seen far too many different examples to really believe one or another. Well, that and generally being more interested in the present than anything else.]

I'm still a little concerned... But I don't think we can do anything about it right now, so let's deal with the food first.

Truthfully, there are so many things here unfamiliar to me! But perhaps that is the exciting part.

We might have to choose based on packaging... But you're right that it would still be interesting.

It looks like... dried fruit? [2.5lbs of it, sure.] And there's packages of nuts over here- the bottle's actually clear so you can see.

Convenient! Fruit and nuts [SO MUCH OF THEM] are a good start...

I wonder if they have any good meat. Although we'd need to find something to cook that for sure...

Ah, meat would be wonderful. I haven't seen anything for cooking yet, though.

It would be great if we could find a grill... I haven't seen anyplace that would be good for starting a campfire.

Well, this shop certainly carries a lot... Maybe we could, at least, find firewood.

To be on the safe side, we should at least grab some food that doesn't require preparation.
