There's nothing but the clatter of train tracks, and the odd feeling of almost floating.

When you wake, it's hard to tell exactly what it is that you're missing - only that you are. There are pieces that aren't quite right, even if you're not sure where those pieces would normally be. Pieces of what, exactly....? Well, if you had to put a word to it, it would be - yourself, probably. Or did you get something back recently?

The place you've found yourself in is strange, certainly. It's probably worth exploring a bit. Though it just as easily seems that the only form of welcome or explanation that you have, comes from nothing more than a slab of marble. It might've changed since the last time you saw it.

You might have changed since the last time you saw yourself too - perhaps with a new emblem on your clothes, or a portrait on your skin.

There's no need to fret that much though. You've already gone through the ordeal once, and you might be able to see results from it. Even so, it's best that you don't get too comfortable, because there is still the unshakeable feeling:

There's still much more ahead of you.

Mm, I don't think it's a magic illusion! Though I wouldn't yet rule out some sort of higher-up interfering for this or that reason.

I've heard of people receiving divine messages, but never one like what's written on the pillar...

They should, they certainly should.

[He absolutely doesn't think they will until it becomes "necessary" by whatever means of measurement they use, but he does hope it happens Eventually.]

Haven't heard of many people receiving divine messages at all, myself! Is that a common thing where you come from?

That depends on how many stories you believe.

I wouldn't venture that it's common but there are certainly tales.

Hah, depends on how believable they sounded, I suppose! Though I feel like after all of this, just about anything could sound believable to me.

I think that each time I see something amazing. But each time, I'm still in disbelief when the next absurd thing happens.

Fair, that's fair! I really do hope we get a little break soon, though. Even the most enthused of us can only take so many surprises at once, you know?

I've heard some say it's been a little over a month for us? Not all in this space, though. We spent more of it in the last world we were part of. An island somewhere - there were three kingdoms and some sort of sports tournament?

It's... Strange that some of us would arrive a month ago and others would arrive now.

Were there others, before you? People who had been here before a month ago?

Not that I'm aware of. Unless someone was hiding or lying about being confused- [Which he supposes is still possible, for whatever reason??] -then I believe we were the first. Well! There's also the possibility that other groups had already come and gone before us, too.

[But that's potentially Very Ominous.]

[ Lux considers, but after a moment, shakes her head. ]

There's not much use speculating on that. And I have no reason to believe anyone here is deceiving me. [ As of yet...

But all of that just leaves her with not a whole lot to go on, so she sighs. But offers a small smile afterwards, because she still appreciates his help and his answers. ]

Wish I could give you a little more to go off of than that, but we're all equally in the dark, I'd say. More or less.
