( WELCOME BACK, TRAVELERS. )

There's nothing but the clatter of train tracks, and the odd feeling of almost floating.
When you wake, it's hard to tell exactly what it is that you're missing - only that you are. There are pieces that aren't quite right, even if you're not sure where those pieces would normally be. Pieces of what, exactly....? Well, if you had to put a word to it, it would be - yourself, probably. Or did you get something back recently?
The place you've found yourself in is strange, certainly. It's probably worth exploring a bit. Though it just as easily seems that the only form of welcome or explanation that you have, comes from nothing more than a slab of marble. It might've changed since the last time you saw it.
You might have changed since the last time you saw yourself too - perhaps with a new emblem on your clothes, or a portrait on your skin.
There's no need to fret that much though. You've already gone through the ordeal once, and you might be able to see results from it. Even so, it's best that you don't get too comfortable, because there is still the unshakeable feeling:
There's still much more ahead of you.

but she stops what she's doing when he speaks, and hajime gives him a little wave ]
Oh, I just lost someone.
no subject
[okay so sue him, he's a very curious teenage boy who wants to know why this cute teenage girl was talking to her boobs]
no subject
[ hmm ]
If you see someone with super fluffy red hair and a tail, and who is kind of a jerk, let me know?
no subject
[yeah okay]
[he's heard of weirder]
All right; I will. I'll keep my eyes peeled for super fluffy red haired and tailed jerks.
I have a feeling they'd stand out in a crowd.
no subject
[ then they'd be doing the opposite ]
no subject
How are we supposed to find them if they can turn invisible? Maybe we should invest in some cans of paint.
[you know, for throwing at empty spaces and hoping that it hits an invisible person's body??]
no subject
[ she's into it
like, genuinely, unfortunately ]
Something that stands out! Lime green!
no subject
Are you sure? I'm partial to hot pink.
Or maybe that'd blend in too much with their hair.
no subject
she's considering this ]
We can mix 'em.
no subject
[this is a new art project]
no subject
and then nods. ]
I like it.
no subject
We're gonna need at least one hundred cans of paint of each color.
[NOOOOO]
[and this is only because the stupid costco doesn't let them only "buy" one can each]
no subject
[ it's really not
but this is what they will have now ]
no subject
I'll meet you at the store in ten minutes for Operation Paint Stuff.
Bring a mask.
[points at eyes, points at her]
no subject
[ she is fine with these instructions because
it sounds neat, i guess, hajime enjoys fun things
but she will run off ]
