( WELCOME BACK, TRAVELERS. )

There's nothing but the clatter of train tracks, and the odd feeling of almost floating.
When you wake, it's hard to tell exactly what it is that you're missing - only that you are. There are pieces that aren't quite right, even if you're not sure where those pieces would normally be. Pieces of what, exactly....? Well, if you had to put a word to it, it would be - yourself, probably. Or did you get something back recently?
The place you've found yourself in is strange, certainly. It's probably worth exploring a bit. Though it just as easily seems that the only form of welcome or explanation that you have, comes from nothing more than a slab of marble. It might've changed since the last time you saw it.
You might have changed since the last time you saw yourself too - perhaps with a new emblem on your clothes, or a portrait on your skin.
There's no need to fret that much though. You've already gone through the ordeal once, and you might be able to see results from it. Even so, it's best that you don't get too comfortable, because there is still the unshakeable feeling:
There's still much more ahead of you.

[go in peace Okuni says, leaving Kara to rest in peace except she won't because she's a fcking chaotic kumou gremlin so she just whips out a pink kazoo from her sleeve and starts kazoo-ing after Kara.]
no subject
but kara's just going to shoot an annoyed glance over his shoulder and keep walking. she's short, maybe he can outpace her? anyway she can't be worse than tsuru armed with a bunch of tantous he's wrangled into his tricks. he can totally ignore this.
even if she is kind of testing him. ]

Okuni kazoo's on after Kara, though she maintains enough of a distance that perhaps is a hint that she's losing interest in this hellish scheme of hers, even her old town road rendition is pausing every now and then like a record scratching to a stop... freedom is near...
Then it just stops completely, long enough for Okuni to hold the pink kazoo carefully in both hands and try to dunk shot it at the back of Kara's head as perfectly as possible.]
no subject
but all kara does is pause, glance back at where it's fallen on the ground, deeply considering the merits of cutting it apart so she can't bother him with it again at a later date. but it's not worth the effort apparently, because he just looks up at okuni with a very unamused expression before turning to keep walking. i'm sorry he's boring, okuni. ]
no subject
She doesn't bother picking up the pink kazoo. Instead, she just pulls out a green one from her other sleeve,]
Steadfast on his path.
[kazoos]
Without smiles or music.
[kazoos]
Is he lost or found?
[kazooooooooos]
no subject
as it stands he just pauses to heave a deep, tired breath. ]
Can't you find someone else to bother?
no subject
I can't do that until I get to know you better, samurai-san! That's just not how I do things.
[this is a lie SHE JUST WANTS TO BE A PUNK but at least she's not kazoo-ing or haiku-ing right now.]
But... if you'd like me to leave, then could you at least do me the courtesy of introducing yourself first? Then I can let you go on your very quiet way.
no subject
that said he just. sighs. ]
Ookurikara.
[ that's all he's offering but it should be enough, right? ]
no subject
[she's before date masamune got famous though, but 'kurikara' is such an edgy name... damn.]
I'm Okuni Kumou! It's nice to meet you, Kara-chan.
[he's kara-chan in both the au and ou world now]
no subject
Don't call me that.
[ only sada is allowed to him call him that. not okuni. ]
