( WELCOME BACK, TRAVELERS. )

There's nothing but the clatter of train tracks, and the odd feeling of almost floating.
When you wake, it's hard to tell exactly what it is that you're missing - only that you are. There are pieces that aren't quite right, even if you're not sure where those pieces would normally be. Pieces of what, exactly....? Well, if you had to put a word to it, it would be - yourself, probably. Or did you get something back recently?
The place you've found yourself in is strange, certainly. It's probably worth exploring a bit. Though it just as easily seems that the only form of welcome or explanation that you have, comes from nothing more than a slab of marble. It might've changed since the last time you saw it.
You might have changed since the last time you saw yourself too - perhaps with a new emblem on your clothes, or a portrait on your skin.
There's no need to fret that much though. You've already gone through the ordeal once, and you might be able to see results from it. Even so, it's best that you don't get too comfortable, because there is still the unshakeable feeling:
There's still much more ahead of you.

[he doesn't even know what she's buying]
[whatever it is 10,000 yen is probably WAY OVERPRICED]

[ This is not how this store is supposed to work! It's not how any store works, so she's pretty sure the same counts for stores found in the middle of some weird otherworldly void!!
Minako learns a little closer towards him, squinting. ]
.. you're trying to rip me off, aren't you. Even after I showed you one of my most beloved possessions and opened up my heart for you!

Please, Miss. I would never.
[a beat]
But I am messing with you. I don't work here.
[the truth comes out]

Or.. well, it would be if Minako wasn't already dramatically worked up. She gasps, clutching at her chest like she's gripping her heart. ]
Are you saying you were trying to double fool me?! [ She sounds so heartbroken. How could you do this. ]

[JAZZ HANDS but only with one hand, and also said in the blandest tone he can manage]
no subject
[ She sounds so wounded. As if he just literally stole all the money on her bank account rather than just played - at worst - a prank on her.
Minako even grips at her chest dramatically. ]
I think it's too late for me. I might not ever recover!

[AKIRA!!! what morbid humor!!]
no subject
[ The kind that chooses the wild dialogue options, that's who, Minako. ]

[Akira is the SASSY PROTAG for a reason, Minako]

Do you have a girlfriend? There's no way. I won't believe it. [ You look kind of cute in a dorky way, Akira, sure, but Minako can see your true sass!! ] Or do you like guys instead? Do they tolerate that sort of mean thing?
